I first came into contact with Chinese medicine when I was a teenager. I had been chronically ill for years, when someone suggested to try acupuncture. After a few treatments, I started to feel happy and energetic again. This is how I became inspired to someday study Chinese medicine myself. I studied Shiatsu therapy and Chinese herbal therapy at the Academy for Chinese Medicine Qing-Bai, and completed my education in 2016. Every year I follow topic courses to further my knowledge.
My goal is to help the people who come to me on their journey. Shiatsu and Chinese herbal therapy are the tools I use. Shiatsu helps enter a deep state of relaxation and regain awareness of the flow of energy in your body. The herbs can help alleviate a wide range of complaints – whether physical, mental, or emotional – that hinder your contact with your true self. This way, I help you rebalance, so you can continue along your path.
